How much are classes?
There are a number of factors
that determine the cost of tuition for a student at the Academy. Generally speaking, tuition is reduced as the length of
training is increased; for example our long term students average less than ten dollars per training hour. Students can opt
to train as infrequently as 2 classes per week or as much as 9 classes per week, an example of a tuition determining factor
of the student's training agreement (we suggest students start out with a small commitment and then upgrade to more classes
if they desire).
The Academy values offers substantial family and multiple student discounts. In essence, our students
are quality individuals and we want more people like them!
During your visit to the Academy the Director will provide
tuition options to you. We do not seek to be the least costly training venue, but rather the best quality training option.
Our tuition is commensurate with the proven level of education that each Academy student receives.

When are classes?
The Academy currently offers training
to adults and youths in separate sessions. Both adult classes and youth classes have multiple meeting times and meet in small
group sessions that we have found maximize a student's learning.
The Seizan Ryu Kempo-Jujutsu class meets Monday
through Saturday with multiple week night classes meeting throughout the evening. Weekend classes meet during the day. Youth
class sessions meet in the late afternoon and early evening.
The Arnis de Mano class meets Monday-Wednesday-Friday
from 8:10 PM - 9:10 PM.

Private classes and private
introductory classes are also available by appointment.

Does the Academy offer "MMA" Training?
"MMA" or "Mixed
Martial Arts" is a label that is often applied to Seizan Ryu Kempo-Jujutsu as our students master both striking and grappling
tactics. We, however, do not consider our system to be constrained by the definition of MMA which is generally considered
to be sport oriented training specific to competitions such as those popularized by organizations similar to the UFC. Practioners
of MMA generally seek to be highly conditioned athletes with some minimal to intermediate level of skill in several martial
arts and perhaps advanced skill in one discipline.
While Academy students learn how to maximize physical conditioning
(in a safe manner that focuses on long term physical and emotional health), the core of our training philosophy is far removed
from that of "martial sport". Academy students develop advanced skills in both striking and grappling (the combination of
which has recently come to connote MMA), but additionally develop situational awareness, real world conflict resolution, and
overall health and well being though our proven teaching methods. The same cannot be said for most MMA athletes.
